HOW TO DO MEDITATION

Sit calmly
Be in a comfortable position
Close your eyes
and just observe your breath
to observe the breath, focus your attention to the nose area
and observe the sensations in and around the nose
that s all. Be a witness to your breath.

then........

If there are thoughts coming , observe the thoughts
allow the thoughts to arise
and when ever you remember, come back to observing your breath.

If there are any sensations or pain in the body,
Observe these sensations or pain
Be a witness to it
And whenever you remember, come back to observing your breath.

Whatever you experience during meditation, is perfect.
Nothing can go wrong. It is very safe.

Can you do this?

It is the simplest and one of the most powerful type of meditation
Its really very simple….
from the very first moment,
you will see your life changing

Every morning……
before sunrise is the best time to do it.
If not, then any time is fine
Yet, for best results, remember early morning!!

You can play soothing music,
though, gradually, you will also be able to meditate without music
or in a bazaar too.

Time to meditate is your age in minutes. Twenty years old – twenty minutes.
If some issue is going on,
meditate for more than your age in minutes.
Maybe, one to 3 hours.
